CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. To provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice:

    • Once you have booked an appointment with us, it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. We kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and to respect our providers’ time.

  2. Cancellation Fee:

    • If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be assessed. The cancellation fee will be equal to 25% of the total service cost (up to $150) and must be paid before you can reschedule your appointment. Unfortunately, as we are a small business, we cannot make any exceptions, including sickness. Thank you for your understanding!

  3. No-Show and Same Day Cancellations:

    • In the event of a no-show or if you cancel on the same day as your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

  4. Deposits:

    • Please note that all deposits made to secure appointments are nonrefundable. Deposits serve as a commitment to your appointment and help us ensure our schedule runs smoothly.

    Children and Pet Policy

At Sorella Med Spa and Aesthetics, we truly adore children and pets, but to maintain a safe, relaxing, and professional environment, we kindly ask that you make child care arrangements and leave your pets at home before your appointment.

Refund Policy

Sorella Med Spa and Aesthetics does not provide refunds on any treatments, services, gift certificates or products. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and while we make every effort to achieve the desired outcome, it cannot be guaranteed.  Clients are responsible for additional treatments needed to achieve desired results. Defective retail products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. In the event of a medical contraindication or unforeseen circumstances, I may be eligible for treatment credit only, subject to management discretion.
